The Office Assistant is Linda McHalsie
Under the general supervision of the Administrator, the Office Assistant is responsible for the overall operation of the reception area for Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation. The Office Assistant is the first person of contact with outside agencies, community members and the general public. The Office Assistant provides clerical support to all staff as requested, will greet all visitors with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency, ensure that all phone calls are directed to the appropriate personnel and/or queries are answered and proper information provided.
Must maintain liaison with Stό:lō Tribal Council, Indian & Northern Affairs Canada, Auditor and all other agencies/businesses that Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation does business with.
