Drop-in Exercise Program on Monday's & Wednesday's @ 2:30-4:30 pm in the Shxwowhamel Exercise Room contact: Bernie Redden (604)-799-3080.

Rebalance Rehab the gym program is drop in or designated time on Monday's & Wednesday's for elders or anyone that is interested in starting a exercise program (For injury rehab, maintaining health, etc.) or feel free to email me @ bernie.reddenrebalancerehab.ca
